Just added this to my T 2 collection. Ed Furlong used one like this to get money from the ATM. Check out the scene.

The Model is a Atari Portfolio HPC-004. Dont fight over these, there are many to go around. You can get minty ones on the Bay for as little as $15-$20.

If anyone has an extra Ribbon Cable they want to throw my way, thanks in advance. In the movie the Ribbon Cable looks Chrome. I am not a computer guy so I dont know whats out there.

Just got my Atari Portfolio today. Thanks for the idea.. :thumbsup I know nothing about computer ribbons that where used to hack the systems. I have never had to deal with them unless I was upgrading my system and all I did was move them out of the way. Any heads up would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Greg, I am still looking for the correct Ribbon also. Any Computer guys out there with information on cables, any info would be great. Thanks

I have both the phone cord chip and a resin one. It is in one of my boxes that I have not unpacked yet in my storage room. My family likes to call it my junk room but it is my house and I will call it what I want. :p We all know that it is not junk any way. I am real good friends with my company's IS guy and I am going to take pics in Monday morning to see if he can help. I will update when I get some info. There is also a computer shop next door to my house. It is closed on the weekend and I have not made it home from work yet during their working hours.

Just when I thougt I only had the ribbon and card to worry about I rewatched the movie. The Portfolio is only one part. It is connected to another device by a cable. It conncts to the Portfolio terminal. The ribbon and card are connected to this second device. Anyone have any clues on it? Here are some pics.
