Army of two the game finally done pics on first post let me know what you think

ok gang here i the first pics i have done two pulls and they turned out great still trying to get the thickness down. But i think that comes with time but here is the first and second cast one thing though how does one do a cld cast i have the silver and nickel powder do i just add it to the mix of plastic or what any help would be great well enuf of me talking heres the pics

Looks good! I know someone would do some work for this game.

One questions, what are you doing about the rest of the armor? I just don't know where you would buy the stuff or how you would even make it aside from sewing your life away with foam and camo fabric. I'll keep my eye on this thread.

big pics warning 56k

most to the body armor is preaty easy to find well i have found most of it any way im still trying to deside to sculpt the shoulder armorand forarm armor.

these are the basic and standard B.D.U. pants now some of the other little things i still have to find. but the one good thing is in one word.

AIRSOFT GUNS!!!!!!!!

well two words but im hoping to have at least the mask done when the game comes out :lol if i dont go mad from the lack of sleap

Whoa, SW33T! Yeah, that armor looks good and as far as camos go you could check uscav.com or the ol' eBay. Foam for the other parts sounds about right. Guess we all need to start collecting some good game shot photos of the parts needed to be recreated in foam.

Then theres the shoes/boots.:lol

i have collected just about all the screen shots that i can get and i have gotten some hi def shots from the game videos but if any body finds something just let me know

Well, the game was recently pushed back to next April or May so you should have plenty of time to get the work done now.

I never even heard of this game but i did a search and came up with this pic.

I LIKE IT! I dont know which mask i like better. Looks like the one on the left has a camo/flame paint job. Two of my favorite things. Awesome job on that mask. I look forward to seeing your progress.

Just as a **BUMP** AND as a comment (YES, 2 for 1 post :lol) I was looking at the 'Army of Two' website and noticed the personel page, http://www.ea.com/armyoftwo/personnel.jsp . On the page they had shot of the guys with the masks up and I noticed that there is a support for the mask under neith like a chin cup and strap. I thought the mask was closer and/or sat on the face. Seems more like a welders mask than anything else. Just wondering if you have thought about that or looked into how this going to effect the person(s) that wear these armored masks. Also, I know they can't be the only characters in this game with their own mask armor. Do you have some screen shots of other variations? Do you plan on making any?

Sorry for the tons of questions here. Just getting a little excited over looking at your work.

thanks for the site i havent been there in a while as for up dates i try to post some pics thursday my day off is wendsday and havnt been able to do any more and as variants i have no idea and if there is any when the game comes out i'll see about making some but untill then i have no idea

I think the welding/hockey mask frame work would be better. Lets face it there is nothing like flipping a mask up to talk with people and flipping it back down for photos and doing so with ease. Also makes it easer to drink a beer:love.

Please Keep me posted.. And FYI,... From the Git Go... I have always thought that these were a form of a Welders Mask...

I edited this in photoshop so we could get a better look at the nylon frame for the mask. As you can tell this bad boy is secure to the skull and head of the wearer. Looks like you might have to make your own unless someone knows where to buy one of these. I will capture some shots from the back and post those later.

snoose27 - where did you purchase your armor at? I have found a few sites, but not a whole lot off the things one would need to do this right. Things like shoulder, shin, crotch and thy armor.
