Armour Knee Pads Templates

Hi everyone! I'm doing a Monster Hunter cosplay and I need to make Kneepads, did someone have templates that can share? I'm working with 10mm eva foam, thank you very much in advance!!

Or, you can spend a few minutes with paper and tape and probably make the template yourself.
