Okay I'm going to be creating my own custom predator soon. He's going to be P1's son. The armor I'm gonna make is gonna be similar but not the same. Well my question is how would I make the backpack out of carboard or foam? I've looked and can't find anything about the P1 backpack. Also what does the back of the upper armor look like I can't find any pictures?

Thank You,
Darren

There are actually a few threads in around the lair in different sections about building your own. And if your going to build your own you have to be creative...

Now about 30 seconds worth of searching got me this

Yeah, be creative.

I'm making my gauntlet's out of foam, cardboard, and paper mache. Doesn't look too bad, I just watched the entire Predator movie while I "mached" the blade gauntlet. The blades were made from foam board and I was going to mache them, but it might be too much. Maybe plexiglass instead? [I'll post the picks of the gauntlet as soon as I find the cable for my camera)

I'm planing on making my backpack out of cardboard and foam too. I'm making Wolf's backpack. The theory I have seems like it will work pretty well.

I might start it tomorrow. If I do, I'll post the process I use.

I big reason [arguably THE reason] why I chose foam/cardboard is because I still don't understand how to sculpt, cast, and create my own out or resin. I think you make the cast from silicone, but then you somehow make the mother-mold from that [I'm completely lost--lol].

Good Luck!

I looked like crazy for tutorials on how to cast bio's, armor, and gauntlet's. I found Hez's to be the one I could do easiest. But after a tone of PM's to Hez, I'm still a little lost.

Yea I know how you feel idk how to use mache either. For my gaunts I'm gonna use, well I forgot his name but he made good gauntlets out of foam and pringle cans and ima try that then coat it in liquid latex. My problem is I have a small house and no wear to sculpt so I have no space to make a mask, hands, feet, or skin  My wristblade problem is I can't print out the blade templates because I'm having to use my phone for internet because we don't have normal internet now. So I'm basically lost on everything but the armor haha and I would just buy everything but I'm on a budget. So right now I'm saving for a mask.
