Arkham knight cowl

Looking at the batsuit I think I can do the basic suit for £100 budget build but have no idea on the cowl I'm not the best at pep and I believe there is no pep for the new helmet? I was considering scratch building from cardstock and then resin but not sure any ideas guys?

Definitely go for a foam build, instead of cardstock/resin.
With my build, I mod podge it, then plasti dipped. I was happy with the results. I just recently layered the outside with a vinyl for more durability. It was tedious, but worth the time.
