The one thing you may want to consider is that Ivy's hair in the game had a vine-like quality to it and moved like seaweed does. You may want to look into a less traditional form of wig. There are a few "living tree" and "living plant" performers that do hair pieces along those lines. It may work better.

As far as shoes are concerned have you considered the vibram's five finger shoes? They're better for your feet anyways, and you could probably get them in green or paint them.
