ARGO: The Sword of Jason from "Jason and the Argonauts" 1963 Movie Factory-X

This Officially Licensed sword is in good condition but has been displayed and therefore may have small scratches and scuffs. The display plaque is in fair condition with some chips in the paint along the outer edge. Please see the pictures. The sleeve for the box is in very poor condition, with labels and tape from when it was shipped to me, along with tears and lots of shelf wear. The shipping will be $15.


No legend of Greek mythology has endured the annals of time like the heroic tales of Jason and his Argonauts and their quest for the Golden Fleece. Many of the perils and rewards which Jason encountered on his fantastic journey have been captured on this striking sword. The legendary Golden Fleece, the multi-headed Hydra, the trident of Triton Lord of the Deep and Jason’s mighty shield adorn both the golden cast metal guard and pommel. Includes an enameled wall plaque silk-screened with the image of the Argo, the mighty vessel from which the sword has taken its name. This item is the predecessor to the UC1416 Argonaut sword, and is no longer in production.
