Are JY Auctions still allowed ?

I was thinking I might hold a junkyard auction for a piece I have. What are the rules ?

I was thinking you had to make the bids public, but not necessarily the bidders ? (that's how I was wanting to do it)

I thought that there used to be some guidelines regarding auctions in the JY, but I don't remember them off the top of my head.

I'll check and see if any of the other staffers can recall anything.
