Arc Reactor - Any good ideas?

Hello,

I want to build a arc reactor from the iron man movie.

Can anyone send me some ideas on how to build one? Maybe start of with the round one first before going into the triangle.

I have limited resources but can follow insturctions fairly well. But not very good with electronics or soldering lol.

There are numerous threads Wildcardz, both in this and the costume forum.
Often they have tutorials embedded in them also.
I think there is even a Cheap and Easy prop thread with directions on it also.
(There are various videos from site members on Youtube as well giving step by step details.)

Chettus is right, there are a bunch of builds on the site. It all depends on how much you want to spend and how accurate you want.

I made this one from Home Depot parts and some Radio Shack LED's for about $40 total.

Get yourself a Dot-It light dot it light - Google Search

It's the perfect size, super bright, and the outer shell is plastic, which is good for gluing stuff onto. You can dress it up as a reactor.
