It can be cast in differant areas in differant stiffnesses, if that's a word, so around the mouth will move easier and still bind well with the rest of it.

WOW. That is fantastic.
I wish we would see more comic props. Not that I don't enjoy comic "movie" props, but seeing things taken from a drawing and created in 3D is always a special thrill to me, seeing it "real" for the first time.
I would love to see someone with your level of skill do some lifesize busts of comic characters for sale. Anyway...before I keep rambling, I just wanted to say, fantastic work, I look forward to seeing more.
