Anyone wever been scammed by Wright_FX

I won a Freddy Mask from Brian Wright over a month ago on ebay and never received it. All I get now are excuses from him on what is happening with it and that it's already been shipped. Paypal is not helping me on the matter. Anyone been scammed by him before?

judging by his feedback.... he delivers but it takes FOREVER!! All his nuetrals and negatives are about time frames and not his lack of delivery. So I assess you will get it.... when exactly is the question, lol.
