Looks like a simplified variation of a voodoo crossroads sigil. Most likely the art department just made up something that looked similar and stitched it on.

I'd be very surprised if they bothered to research or replicate anything with this little screen time.

I don't think it's an accurate symbol for anything, I just think it's based on one of em.

It's probably a sigil or symbol that has been tweaked a bit. I just need the base design figured out so I can give it a shot myself.
