Was thinking about buying one of their jackets, but was wondering if anyone here has had experience with them? How's the quality? Happy with your purchase? Thanks!

I am wondering the same thing. I wanted to get the red leather smallville jacket with the superman crest on the front, any opinions please? I heard it should be an inch or two bigger then you think, so to measure a little bigger.... HOWEVER this is a gift!!!!... so I can't ask to measure someone when they don't know the jacket is being ordered for them!

He wears an XL leather jacket, and another one that says 44R. He's about 6'0/6'1 and 200-205lbs.

I have ordered from Cosplaysky a few times and I would highly suggest them. The things I ordered were made very well and could be worn like any clothes you would normally buy. They are very good with customer service and have good shipping.

I ordered a jacket from them a while back. There were definite pros and cons:

Pros:
• It fit perfectly. I have a very hourglass shape and I'm a *nightmare* when it comes to fitting anything, especially whole-body-length things like coats. They took a ton of measurements and followed them to the letter.
• It was well sewn. Double stitching everywhere and very sturdy, clean seams.
• They had great customer service. They emailed to double-check my measurements immediately and were very communicative about every stage of my order.
• Their prices were fair considering the custom fit.

Cons:
• The jacket wasn't screen accurate at all. The color was totally different than the movie version and so were a few big details (cuffs, buttons, etc.) However, they posted very accurate photos on their site so I knew what I was ordering.
• The materials were pretty inexpensive. My jacket was super shiny brown polyester and definitely looked like a Halloween costume. However, they listed the fabrics on the site and again, the photos clearly showed this.

Overall they were great to deal with, but if you're looking for super high quality, screen-accurate fabrics, just know that you get what you pay for. As long as you really look at the photos you should get exactly what you expect.

Created an account just to throw my two cents on my cosplay sky stuff...

I think it looks great in pictures, with a little prep. But It's definitely light, and doesn't feel very durable.

I think they're great when you're on a budget.
