I'm trying to find any watch that closely resembles this one from the move Appleseed Ex Machina. My last resort would be having to custom build one. Thanks!

There are some Fossil watches that kinda look like that - with the cut out to see then workings below, but I think to get close you'd have to custom build.

Entertainment Weekly has a regular page-long feature devoted to hunting down and identifying costume items such as dresses, jewelry, sunglasses and such. They found the watch in the Lady GaGa video, so it's worth a shot.

Looks a little like an Oceanus 5 motor, but the dials are located a little different and it doesn't have the screws around the bezel.
