I have a pending refund from him on Paypal. Hopefully all goes well and I'm returned my amount. After the emails, I think he finally gave in so hopefully he'll get back to everyone.

Too bad he cant refund the amount of time and anticipation I had for the item I wanted from him. :angry

But he has had my money for over 2 months now, and I never offered to finance someone else's trip to Dragoncon when I can't afford to go, myself.

while he hasn't been on here i see he recently bought a airsoft pr kit from maa on the al .so hes got money just not enought to give refunds , as a matter of fact with a little research it looks like he paid on october 23rd $341 plus shipping

I am trying to determine if I am going to ship your package or just refund your money and be done with it. I refunded the others because they had requested thru PayPal so you are not getting snubbed. I just got my check. I am sending John's and Russ' out tomorrow. As for using my work e-mail, I had no access to the RPF or any at home. That is why I used it. No type of fraud.

And after he ships "it", "it" had better be my HK and T2 knife when it gets here.

that's just the post office , most times you have the item before there website updates ,the main reason i only ship ups

For me, this is finally over.
On October 25th I got this email:

Knife would not fit in box so I have to send 2 packages. If you agree let me know. If not I will immediately refund your money today.

The choice is yours.
Either refund the money through Paypal if that is more convenient or send the HK and T2 knife.
If you have the money, I'd guess a refund is the easiest way to go.

At two-and-one-half-months, I just want this done.

And sent a follow-up email:

Please end this transaction with either a refund through Paypal or the shipping of my items.
It is nearly 80 days since I sent you my money.
I expect you to complete either a refund or the shipping of my items by Thursday, 10/30/08.
As I noted in previous reply that is so far unanswered,

I posted this on Gman's junkyard topic as well, hoping to help in a small way. As a fellow Arkansas member, I just sent him this email trying to help out everyone here. This is exactly what I sent him. Hopefull he will respond and maybe this is a big misunderstanding.


"Hey brother,

I just wanted to send you a friendly email, since you are a fellow Arkansas member.

Things are not going well for you on the RPF. You have members accusing you of taking their money and not sending their items.

There is not only a HUGE topic about you (which you started) in the Junkyard, but they started another topic about you in the other area.

All I am saying is, you might consider contacting not only the members who are asking for their items and money, but a MOD before you get banned. I know things happen, and you may well have had an emergency or accident. But it takes 2 seconds to send a MOD an email, and let them know so you are protected, ya know?

I wish you nothing but the best of luck, and hope this is all a misunderstanding and that everyone will be happy in the end. Remember, if you communicate with everyone, things work out VERY well. Come to the forum, speak for yourself, talk to the mods, make your side of the story know.

Ive let a number of bum transactions slide over the years but I am stopping that little experiment in passive behavior.
I'm sick of getting ripped off and will officially be an #sshole about it from now on.

If anyone could PM me more contact info for him Id appreciate it, Ive used the email in his junkyard post w no response, and sent to there from another another of my email address' too w no response.

I understand when life craps on you and you owe people things but he has been selling things on *bay w picts from the thread here, so that says something about his character I think.
