Anyone know about foamed polyurethane resin?

I have an Alien skull at home that's made out of this stuff, but I have no clue what it is or where to get it.

I'd like to hear all about it, pros/cons.

You can get rigid or flexible foam and also self skinning foam (which I think forms a rigid shell with an expanded foam core)

I've used it as separate components..different "Great Stuff" versions and Dow's "Froth paks" and large hard-coaters. Nasty stuff to work with, ( follow ALL safety precautions) but good if you are looking for that specific application...It is also fairly costly, so learn as much as you can before experimenting.
