Anyone have tips on making a foam (Theme park style) costume...attempting TMNT costum

I am looking to make a costume based on the new nickelodeo TMNT cartoon. But have no experience making such things. Anyone have info/tutorials on how to attempt a foam style costume?

A guy I know made a turtle costume using upholstery foam cut with an electric knife and then covered in latex. http://www.facebook.com/larry.white.902266#!/hiimlarrywhite?fref=ts

Saw that suit being made over at the technodrome. The guy made a fan film, quite cool

whatever you do.... don't buy anything from Adam Wojcieszak aka Customsculptorguy aka 6:13 studios.

Not only are his castings awful but he has taken plenty of money from people

Agreed slime, I had a bad experience with that guy too!
