I've been wanting to do a lord helmet costume for the lst 4 years but never knew the people to do it. i have a professional seamstress who works for movies anyway that said she'd do the whole outfit for cost if i gave her a few months, but the helmet would be a different story. i'm pretty much almost proportionate to moranis (about 2"s taller) so i think it would work out. hopefully this halloween it could happen. my friend said she knew someone who could cast a helmet, but it would be rather expensive. What would a reasonably price pro helmet cost of this magnitude? just so i know i'm not being overcharged.

I have a 3D Model of the Dark Helmet I paid for to have a commissioner make for me, have'nt turned it into a pep file yet, it's just been sitting in my documents folder since I got it been so busy have'nt had any time to work on it.

I'm planning to make this costume soon ( between 2 other costume projects ), i bought the gloves, boots, pyramid studs, spandex suit and the nerd sunglasses, and make some screen captures from dvd of Dark Helmet.
