Yes, I paid for items I never recieved. He continues to post on facebook, and has deleted my comment asking him to e-mail me regarding the items. What a scammer.
Max krikland he took over $200 from me and at the last count 43 other people and none of us got the items we paid for. If you paid thought PayPal open up a claim now or do a credit card payment.
He has bloked me from his Facebook pages and my emails just come back I did have his home phone number but after calling him he changed that number

My daughter purchased props from him over a year ago. He put her off for over 8 months telling her they were lost in the mail. I got involved and called him over and over and over he finally returned my calls and emails tells me he didn't have the money and would pay as soon as he got his tax returns. Now his telling me he can't do anything till he gets "back from his parents house". Really they don't have banks or the internet there.
Call him at 817-845-4455 or email him at comicprops@aol.com to complain.
I am contacting the IRS I'm sure they will be interested in this side business he has. I'm sure he is not reporting the income he is stealing. Also I'm going to contact the Texas BBB and the attorney general and make a complaint of internet fraud.
I suggest you all call him, email him and lodge complaints. He should not be allowed to take advantage of people like this.

Max is a real scammer, I had problems with him for at least a year until he gave me the stuff I pay for, which came in the worst conditions and the poorest quality, even some of the items didn't had the specification I wanted. Watch out for this guy, back at the League of Heroes forum, there was a guy gathering all the evidence about the frauds and sending it to a police officer or something, go to the forum and everyone should gather and do something to show this kind of people we are not willing to stay arms crossed.

I was a victim of Max as well, luckily for only $65 thanks to him i got into making my own stuff
