Anybody recognize this creature?

i don’t know if this is someone’s practice sculpt or where it came from. No makings. No eye or breathing holes. Heavy, no markings. From a dummy?

Its from a horror movie but I do not recall which one

Looks a bit like the creature from Beetlejuice. (see movie poster below)

Not completely sure, though...

Yeah looks like something from Beetlejuice

The Beetlejuice creature had a head crest of five things created when a hand was shoved up inside the mouth.
This does not look like the Tim Burton design to me- it looks like a alien makeup design with a thought out biology instead of wild ass whimsy

Looks like there should be a tooth or tusk sticking out both sides of the mouth.
