Any suggestions on some good casting resins ?

I've been researching alot, and appears, smooth cast seems good non toxic, but pretty expensive and don't know the durability for building a helmet. Been thinking about poyester, fiberglass and expoy resins, but can't decide which would be suitable for my project. Any suggestions please !!

if you go with the polyester and epoxy and fiberglass-- do it outside and be prepared for smell-- go with the smooth cast series-from Smooth-on like the 320, 325, or the roto series. They have a series that is very durable and takes an impact well too or similar product from Pokytek

All my hard armor is made out of either Smoothcast 300 or 320. All good stuff and takes additives well.

Thanks for the help, I think smooth on will ne my resin. But last thing, I've heard there was some bubbles being formed or what not and some baking issues, if I wanted a paint job.
