Any new galactica metal cubit source?

Has anybody done, or know of a source for the metal cubits from the new Galactica?

There has been talk of doing them over on ASAP but nothing has happened yet.

Haven't seen it anywhere else yet.

I posted on the ASAP forum that I'd be willing to take on the project. I just need to get an idea of what people would be willing to pay, etc. Then I'll make some samples.

Just curious... what process would you use? White metal casting? Brass stamping?

Is there good reference for these? I do a lot of work with a coin stamping place here in town... If there exists good art and its within their realm of production I may be able to get us a good deal on the things in bulk.

I'd bet that QMX will do those at some point. A set of cubits and paper money would be a cool, inexpensive prop (both to make and market).

There appear to be a few different coins in both gold an silver.
there are different zodiac symbols of at least two of the colonies and the backs may have the Phoenix.

This thread has pictures and a discussion on the coins.
