Any Canadians successfully pledge for the Tomy Enterprise refit?

I was able to create an account but can't add a Canadian address. There is no option to specify country, and when I input the city I live in (Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario) it offers me Sault Ste. Marie Michigan as the only option. I read that this campaign was available to both the US and Canada but that doesn't appear to be the case.

I submitted an email to Tomy customer support a few days ago but have not received a response.

Hmmmm I just tried entering Sault Ste. Marie and Ontario came up for me.
