I'd guess that the buzz for all of this Iron Man jazz will die soon. So, hang tight, prices always drop. Just my opinion.

Honestly, I believe that making your own costume is far better than purchasing from someone else. There is pride that you made that costume. It will also no dent your wallet either. The Iron Man armor from across the web is ridiculously expensive. Nightmare armor charged $5,000 for theirs and it was not as movie accurate as you might think.

If you could build one it's always the best option if not just get some quotes on other suits check the junk yard even and research materials and the builders reputation and the size of the suit as well not all suits will fit the same, good luck.

Remember, Nightmare is in it to make a profit. It probably costed them 2-3 grand.
If all else fails the pepakura option is the most newb friendly.

Well....kind of but not-really in Nightmare's defense...
They make STELLAR costumes....for themselves. They spend many hours on hours making their outfits they debut at Dcon and the like, but when it comes to reproducing they are pretty atrocious at it.

Was the Halo Master Chief costume that bad? From the promo pics it seemed pretty decent for its time.
Are we talking about the same Anthony Le who made the Mark III, V, and War Machine? Even though I like his costumes but they are not movie accurate. I believe TMP's armor is currently the best.
I'm pretty sure his friend sculpted the helmets. Just an FYI.
