I am happy to see that Denuo still plans on releasing an FOTK Helmet. A TLJ/TROS version of this helmet has been hard to get for a long time (with the Black Series version not being accurate enough for my liking, and Anovos' version being a Galaxy's Edge exclusive.
I will say this... I can't disagree but they clearly have to recoup some of their expense. They are paying out by fulfilling outstanding orders they didn't collect for.
That's one point. Second is the cost of everything has simply gone up. It just cost me $63.00 to ship something coast to coast that USED to cost me around $35 less than two years ago. If I want to keep making things I am going to have to raise my prices. Otherwise it is simply not worth it.
Can argue with any of that but dang!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think Hasbro or RS would just be a better option but I hear ya and appreciate what they are trying to do.

An update on my xcoser orders.
December 27, 2021 - I sent an email to xcoser requesting to cancel the order. The Cancel buttons on their website didn't seem to work.
January 2, 2022 - I received no response from xcoser so I filed a case with Paypal.
January 10, 2022 - I received the below email from xcoser.
On the same day I received an email from Paypal that the case was ruled in my favor.
As of January 10th Xcoser STAR WARS Jango Fett Cosplay Helmet still shows the below.

That's Good, I was hoping to get an Imperial officer uniform at some point, does anyone know if they'll be doing Premier and Standard versions or just one?

The shipping cost varies by product. The X-Wing pilot helmets are $50 for shipping in the US. I can see the heavier/larger helmets being more but double seems too high.
At least Denuo Novo doesn't charge for shipping and a handling charge like Anovos did. I placed orders for several Anovos helmets in 2019. They charged $12 handling plus shipping. The fiberglass helmets were around $45 for shipping and the X-Wing pilot helmets were around $35 for shipping.

Handling charges should just be part of the product price. The only reason to have it separate is to make people think they are getting a better deal than they actually are. TV ads where you buy an item and get a second "free" if you pay for the second handling charge are a good example. The second isn't free, it's just discounted when compared to the first.
It always annoyed me to have a $12 handling charge on a $600 helmet.
It's hard to say if Denuo Novo includes it in the item price or the shipping. It doesn't really matter. The only way to know what you will actually pay for many items online is to add it to your cart and have it calculate shipping and any other charges.

Amazing - the Kylo Ren costume is the elephant in the room and the only response I get so far is "we don't have a timeline yet."
Which is a pretty Anovos response. It's not like they haven't assessed the situation.
