Fingers crossed it works out for anyone who tries. I have not ordered from Anovos but I sympathize with those who have been waiting all this time for some sort of satisfying resolution. Over twenty years ago I ordered the Han Solo blaster from Icons before they went under and I thought I was out all that money. Then Master Replicas got the license and they fulfilled my order and I finally got my blaster a year or 2 later. I was astounded, because I didn’t see that they had any obligation to do so. It was a good faith gesture that I appreciated and I made many more purchases from them in subsequent years. Now or course they ended up going down too, but things started out well. Hopefully the similar scenario playing out with this new company will work out for everyone. Cheers
 
I ordered the FO armor in 2016. I'm feeling pretty confident that DN will be finally shipping these next year. My problem now is that I'm just not interested in it anymore. Has anyone asked DN about getting a credit for other product?

I do believe someone was able to email them and swap their order for other items available. You should reach out.

When the tunic, cape and rank badge do finally arrive, after 4 years of waiting, I will promptly be posting them to the Junkyard section of this site. The ordeal has killed any desire I had to wear or keep these items.

I've thought about doing that, but I'm afraid the market is going to be flooded with FO armor kits. I also don't want to bother with shipping it out. The preorder price was a good deal at the time - $550. Even if I get store credit from DN, it's not enough for a helmet.

I ordered the Luke X-Wing helmet from ANOVOS years back, & have since picked up a few other X-Wing helmet’s since. I emailed DN & inquired for either a refund, as I no longer need or want it, OR to change my order over to the Royal Guard helmet. They switched it over.
I would contact them (have your order #’s & dates ordered info) & ask.
 
Denuiovo said they cannot do any refunds. I inquired. They will do store credit or eventually fulfill your original order.

I am somewhat surprised they chose a name that was anywhere even close to Anovos.

I'd put serious money down that Disney is funding the order fulfillment costs but I'd like to get some more news from them like around now - it is going a little too quiet too quickly.

Am I being fair? Don't know. Don't care.

My theory is that it's a temporary name until they clear the books from Anovos and then they'll rename themselves again, with a completely clean slate and reputation. The only reason to tie themselves, name-wise, to the old company, is because they are actively dealing with the aggrieved customers of that company.

All of the listed items are currently available on their website, except for the Solo buckle. The Solo belt is available for preorder. They previously stated that the Red-5 helmet would ship in early 2022. I'm not surprised they're offering several version of that helmet. I was always surprised that the old Anovos didn't try taking pre-orders for the same thing.

They did.
Every X-Wing Pilot helmet listed was available for pre-order (for years) by Anovos.
To my knowledge, none of them were delivered.

I think the only one that they had some they delivered on was the Rey Scavenger Helmet. It was the first one offered and they had delivered them prior to taking preorders on the others. So I think people felt a little more comfortable believing that the wait might be shorted since it was mostly a change in paint scheme for production. *yeah right*

I had a couple preordered through Entertainment Earth (since they do not charge your card till actual shipping) but after a couple years, they cancelled the orders.

So far I believe we've only seen the Royal Guard and Mando helmets delivered.
The rest is still pending, so we don't know for now.
