ANOVOS issues (ANOVOS ONLY discussion)

I'm VERY interested in their Royal Guard helmet. But there's no way I'm going to be ordering. I ordered, foolishly, their Red 5 sooo very long ago, & there's been no updates, no nothin for ages now. I have no faith in this company at all anymore.
 
I like that Royal Guard helmet they've shown. But I'm really wary in pre-ordering anything from a company like Anovos or EFX. And I also have a well made RG helmet already. No need to waste my time and money on this.

I’m in the same boat, with multiple helmets ordered and fully paid years ago, and never received.

But in all fairness, at least you don’t have to pay anything now until it’s ready to ship. I know some people got on the interest list for the Mando helmet, paid a month ago and still haven’t gotten it yet, but the World was a very different place a month ago.

Now things seem a little less risky with this ordering model. Just something to take into consideration.
 
Wow... this sounds worse than EFX? Is there an alternate source for high-end licensed costumes, other than Rubies? Or is Rubies the only option, at this point, without getting custom suits done?

Licensed? No. Rubies is low-end even though they have a handful of deluxe and supreme products which even then aren't good.

That's unfortunate. :(

I'm surprised they don't lose their license, due to this malpractice... Seems like it's been going on for a while.

Apparently nothing gets you canned as a licensee as long as you pay the fees. I mean, no self respecting company keeps on efx or anovos with the utter lack of stuff they've shipped/executed - yet, they still hold the licenses.
 
Ten days and counting from when I sent an email asking if it would be possible to transfer the funds from an order I cancelled over a year ago to one of the Royal Guard helmets, something Anovos specifically said they could accomplish “right away.”

No response yet.

I wonder if that has something to do with the guard helmets not actually being in stock yet. I heard back right away when it came to transferring credit for a Mandalorian helmet.
