ANOVOS issues (ANOVOS ONLY discussion)

Soon it will be a full year since they made a blog post about the Kylo Ren ensemble saying "As we get further updates, I will try to share with you as much as I know, both the issues and successes, so that you can be assured we are moving forward." True to Anovos form, there have been zero updates regarding it during this time.

Everyone, if you get a chance, copy and send this quote back in to Anovos. They may not respond but they'll get it.

Oh, no, I don't think that at all. No way. The CS people are often nice but not always. And they have been put in the position they are in by low rent sociopaths. Still, sending them this quote back gets seen. And it goes into the mind. And it hurts - whether they care or not.
Do you EVEN realize how you, I, and everyone else would be treating these two and their company if they weren't holding all of our money hostage?!!

Anyone reached out to Anovos or BBTS as to when BBTS might start receiving their pre orders.
I’m interested as to how it works with the likes of BBTS do they pre pay Anovos too? Or only on receipt of goods, does anyone in the biz know

I've had a few conversations with them and from my understanding they've prepaid, which is why most of the products require a deposit! No certainty though on when my open orders (4 of them) will be shipping.
Awesome. There are only 20 billion masks being produced right now by just about everyone.
Hopefully they'll be ready by the next decade.

Saw that. That might mean that Anovos has people here in the United States that can sew. This is a new development but I believe that their image of masks might be among the very first we have seen where Anovos products made out of cloth were both numerous and ready for shipping.
We saw some shirts from the Han Solo Signature costume grouped together years ago. It was a nice photo and showed a series of Anovos products made out of cloth, something very difficult for them to achieve.
I printed it out and shoved it up my ass for safe keeping.
Not only that, there seems to be a kind of pleating displayed on these masks that is reminiscent enough of the arms on a Kylo costume.
I was lead to believe that this particular achievement was well beyond anyone associated with Anovos.
I ordered mine when they sent the email saying they were "in stock." Order placed on 3/17, and they said it would take up to 10 business days.
It's been twice that and I still don't have it. Customer service (Reggie) stopped responding too. Last message from him was over a week ago stating that the TX production center requested my shipping label, but it's definitely not been sent and they refuse to reply with an update.
Still getting a ton of spam for their "ready to ship" Mando helmets and PPE masks though...
Terrible service.
I hesitantly paid in full for the Mando bucket on March 13 knowing full well I was rolling the dice. I only did it because I know they have shipped a bunch of them, and received an email from Reggie stating that they are shipping in 10-14 business days. Did I believe it? I don't know. Then the pandemic got worse so who knows how long it may be. My order is still "unfulfilled", no shipping updates or anything which is not surprising. I'm going to give it two months before I ask for an update.

This is where I’m at too... ordered on the 15th or 16th? It was accidental too, had already ordered on BBTS and didn’t realize there was a one-click payment while browsing on mobile to see if it was legit in stock. We will see.
