I ordered the Sandtrooper helmet as soon as it went up for preorder. I paid with partial.ly, but when I log into my account with Anovos it doesn't show up like all my other orders. I kept all the emails when Partial.ly took out a payment, and the final payment email as well. When I contact Anovos( I haven't as of this post) I hope I'm not in for a fight over my order.

Exactly. They use UPS boxes for physical locations. I was fortunate to get my last order from them after 3 years.
I hope that those who have orders get their items or their money back but I won't take another chance.

Yes, lots of businesses use them. Especially smaller ones. But most businesses don't go out of their way to hide their actual addresses.
Sure common practice now, but I always thought they were for “Amatures”, and shady fly by night buisinessmen.

This wasn’t a piece I wanted bad enough to risk sending more money to Anovos for, so I unfortunately dont have one. The only photos I've seen of what looks to be a new batch were a couple on FB as well as all those in the new Anovos newsletter, and it looks like they corrected whatever issue the first ones had from what I can see

Not sure that I myself can summarize. This makes my head spin and I have only been seeing red for two years. At the end though it seems to state that Lucasfilm is dismissed from case. Does that mean Disney is also dismissed or are they considered separately? I hope to read it more thoroughly later.
What an awful, miserable company.
Oh well.

What is the best way to get a question answered from Anovos??? Do they answer emails sent to support@anovos.com? Or should I try contacting them via Facebook or I.G??? Any help will be appreciated, thank you!

I think that Joe has a gag order and someone here said that Stacy was fired.
Not stating this as fact - just the last two things I heard somewhere in this thread or related.
They usually reply with the "support@" e-mail. Sometimes it takes hours/days... others it take a couple weeks. I've been fairly lucky the last few months in getting responses.

I've been trying for over a month to swap out unfulfilled orders for a Mandalorian Helmet. I've also been back and forth for 10 months to replace missing parts from a previous order as well. Zero confidence these guys are going to pull anything together soon.
