ANOVOS issues (ANOVOS ONLY discussion)

After many, many weeks, finally received an email re. My refund from 29th October 2018.
Well it’s nice to know “they havn’t forgottan about my refund and it’s been passed on to the financial team”.
I think that’s now about 3 times it’s been “passed on to their financial team”.

Also, after purchasing their AT-AT helmet from an email sent to me for ‘in stock’ items, my request has been passed on to the shipping team to see if they have any ‘in stock’ to send!

You really couldn’t make this BS up!

I got pretty much the same message from James at Anovos at the end of last week. Sounds like that might be a template message which is disappointing - I'd had an email from a Disney rep a day or two earlier, after complaining to them, and assumed that this might be in response to that (they were going to contact Anovis on my behalf) but now it just sounds like just another delaying tactic
 
Their update today shows Han Solo shirts but all but flat out says you will not have the outfit for Halloween season. "Aiming for" is the exact quote and everyone here now knows how to translate that.
 
My little update from Anovos on the ‘in stock’ AT-AT helmet that I ordered in January;

“Thank you for getting back to me.

I think there may have been an oversight as to how many we had in stock.
I contacted my shipping manager and he said that at the earliest we will have
more by June.”

I’d cry if I wasn’t laughing so much!

Oh, and they’re still ignoring my refund request from last October!

TRANSLATION = PULLED A RANDOM DATE OUT OF THE AIR. THE REALITY IS WE HAVE NO IDEA WHEN WE WILL HAVE MORE. CERTAINLY JUNE IS NOT POSSIBLE.

I have been a loyal ANOVOS customer since 2014. I am not sure if there is anyone else here that has been more patient then me and is owed a larger refund then me, (tens of thousands of dollars!!) but it is with a sad heart that I have come to realize that it is time we all take legal action.

I have retained legal counsel to represent me in obtaining my refund from ANOVOS; Disney/Lucasfilm; CBS; and NBC Universal. Notice is currently being sent to all party defendants.

If you would like help in obtaining your refund, then please contact me directly so I may share this information with you. It does not matter what country or state you live in or how much money you are owed by ANOVOS; Disney/Lucasfilm; CBS; and NBC Universal, and you can be part of this legal action to obtain your refund.

Tens of thousands of dollars?!! I would say you have definitely been more patient and forgiving than anyone. I would have lost my mind from frustration months ago.

Wow... just wow... Ya know, for a company that cant really afford anymore F-ups they certainly are masters at continuing to F-up..
Im not going to even bother asking if they offered you a refund on the order even though it was 100% on them that this happened
Its becoming increasingly harder and harder to not jump on this refund train especially where they’ve basically gone ghost since Celebration.
