Do my eyes deceive me? People are getting shipping notices on the OT Stormtrooper ensemble? When did everyone order? I had mine in on the first day. As they arrive I would sure appreciate pics. Especially of the packaging. Mine is coming to Hawaii so I'd like to know what to expect as far as its condition

This thread was started in 2014 and people still don't have the products they ordered. Anovos is becoming another efx.

Except that Anovos is starting to ship some of the delayed products, will be shipping others soon, and provides frequent updates of where each product is in the process. When has efx provided an update of the Scout Trooper?
How many new Star Wars products has efx created in the last year? The only new product I am aware of is a cheaper version of a previous product. Anovos has been pretty consistently offering new products for order.
Anovos consistently offers new products, provides frequent updates, and is starting to deliver some of the delayed products. efx has produced a cheaper remake of an already produced product, hasn't offered any other new Star Wars products recently, and doesn't provide updates for the long delayed product. The only things I see in common is they both offer Star Wars products and both have had issues with delays.
When efx does deliver a high end product, it is generally very good. They haven't offered anything like this for a long time. Based on the lack of new products, I don't know how viable efx is for offering new Star Wars products.

Many customers got their bought products since 2014 - some not. Some products are released, many not - but i wouldn´t wonder if the order numbers of the released products are way higher than the waiting ones.
The complaining/waiting ones are just more writing - i got all my ordered stuff, so i see no reason to write about them each second week.

Unless they've made changes to their order fulfillment process since the OT TK kits, it won't matter. That drove me bananas actually - I ordered before celebration, yet received my shipping notice weeks after people who had jumped on the kit shortly before the end of 2015. It's a little thing, but it was irritating.

I have received some of the products I have orderred from Anovos and others not. The wait has been longer than it should be for some of them, but it appears they are moving along and some will be delivered shortly.
Does anyone who orderred the efx Scout Trooper helmet have any idea if it will ever be produced? I don't know what happened to efx. They used to make and deliver some really nice products. Now I would never place a preorder with efx, but I would place a preorder with Anovos. That could change depending on the quality of the Anovos products once they are delivered.
Yeah, I've only ordered the FO and OT helmets from Anovos and I've received both of them. They've also shipped the OT trooper kits, they're now shipping the shadow kits, they've shipped lots of Star Trek stuff, and like you said, they communicate. They also don't have their face in the forums come on and bash other people's products. The delays with Anovos are pretty bad but they overall seem to be on the up and up. I wouldn't be afraid of ordering something else from Anovos. I would never order from eFX. Ever.

I went to the update page for Anovos and a very friendly customer service person popped up in the window. I spent about 20 minutes asking questions and they answered all of them. I was very satisfied with it.
I haven't ordered anything from Anovos but when all I see in people's hands are Han's belt and Storm Trooper armor it makes me wonder what's going on with their other costumes. It shouldn't take years to mass produce clothing.

I ordered my Vader from ANOVOS a few months after I ordered my Scout helmet from eFX. I've received neither from either company. & I believe the people who ordered the Han holster & Luke ensemble have waited even longer. Updates are great, but right now - after ALL this time - I just want my stuff.

You can't compare eFX and Anovos...

If Anovos is going to make their Solo rig deadline (the latest one of many over more than 26 months now), they have to deliver in the next 5 weeks.
