I believe september will be FOUR years on the FO trooper for me.

I presume they have the update dates page ready to push everything back to Q2. Just waiting til close to the end of the month to push it up to the server for the world to see.

Its a bit of a shame since I would love to have a First Order TIE Pilot helmet and I'd know they'd be good for it (already released and in stock), but they burned me so bad with the Kylo Ren pre-order that I just can't give them any more money.

Be aware that “in stock” at Anovos could still mean months and months of waiting with no updates or email responses. Read through some older posts/ pages.

I received a shipping notice with tracking number for the patches I ordered as part of the sale. I placed the order on March 3rd, 2020. This is pretty much expected turnaround of fulfilling an order for an in stock item. If they are truly making space for incoming items, they have incentive to get the products shipped by a certain date.

Nope, I haven't gotten one for my Luke belt... lots of apologies and "working to push this.." for well over a year now.

They have been quick to do refunds for store credit. That is how I paid for the Mando helmet.

They have been quick to do refunds for store credit. That is how I paid for the Mando helmet.

They have asked me twice to go this route for "in stock" items with promise of good discount for the delay... but, they the don't have anything I want, and I don't trust them to ship it out...

Im thinking I need to repost the emails I get from ANOVOS each week when I send them a notice to remind them about holding my money hostage for three years. It may make for some numerous reading, but at least give people a good idea on the reasons why NOT to deal with them.

I received another opportunity to order the Mandalorian helmet from Anovos. I have another day to decide but again I just don't see myself ordering due to possibly never receiving. Although I would like a helmet for messing around with and one for displaying.

Have you heard of anyone who ordered a Mandalorian helmet and not received it within a few weeks? I haven't. This is a product they are actually doing what is expected.
