So I filled out the form on the website to ask for a refund.
then they send me an email, asking me to fill out another form to request the refund.

Interestingly, at this point is an offer -- refund my money OR store credit with a 10% bonus.
I want my money back. Not to have my money tied up for another 2 years waiting for another product.

Having reviewed your request, we at ANOVOS would like to make you an offer. We understand that you are rightfully upset by the delays of the product, but wanted you to be aware that this product is almost at the stage of shipment. We are simply waiting for some of the final pieces to reach our shipment center where they can be packaged and sent to you and other customers. We anticipate that, at this time, it should only take another 4 weeks; 8 if major issues are run into. We would hate for you to possibly miss out on this fantastic product.

What's the latest on these helmets? I thought they were starting to ship these out since April/May? I haven't received a newsletter in months. I'm seriously contemplating canceling Vader and my Kylo Ren helmet if they keep pushing the eta every quarter.

yeah. I waited this long, I REALLY don't want to cancel and then see it shipping. I'm almost willing to give them another year at this rate.

If this is true you might be interested to know about the Profiles in History auction that's coming up in a couple days. Looks like it's accessible from eBay, I searched for "seller: profilesinhistoryauctions star wars". Some real, umm, bargains there. :lol
