First off, a big thank you goes Contec with his own Legend unicorn horn from here with his tips and help. I made the base similar to the one someone suggested in his post. I decided to make the horn more natural so to speak with the ridge lines then have them all even as was in the movie. Guess from having 3 horses ourselves and thinking if there were unicorns i don't believe it would be perfectly symmetrical but who knows :lol. I used a fish rock to get the textures on the end of the horn where it would have broken off. I then sprayed the main part whitish tan, then finished with a pink clear which gives it a shimmer in the light. You can see a little of it, not much due to the flash. I made this for my wife for Christmas.
