Looks good so far.
One critique I noticed right off that bat: you made the cheek holes symmetrical, which is not the case on the actual prop.
Double check reference pictures.

Awesome! Looks maybe a little too wide, but otherwise great job. I really gotta learn zBrush one day.

Looks Great,
but the Kylo Ren's Helmet is not symmetrical.
