Another iron man foam build, yikes!

I have joined the Iron Man foam bandwagon! Here's what i have so far:

I did a test fit and i wear them based on how my stormtrooper armor is put together. Velcro!

The suit isn't 100% movie-accurate but i'm happy w/ the progress so far. The design of my thighs are inspired by Brotherfoster's. Still lot of work to do. Sorry for the small pics, i only have a camera phone.

Another test-fit this time w/ the lower legs and feet parts. I forgot to put on the spine part. I'm thinkin about re-doing the shoulder bells, make em more round shape....Overall, still a work in progress

Right now i just have the $30 2-piece plastic helmet. I'll decide later on if i wanna make the helmet out of foam too. we'll see...

Small updates:
Repulsors light-test. I'm using led book lights in the picture. I also have the option of using tap lights, wedge them into the gloves and they fit too.

Redesigned the thighs. Still trying to make em close to movie-accurate as possible.

New shoulder bells.

Looks really good. You've got a good build, so the suit looks very natural. I'm so skinny i feel like mine looks awkward when i wear it.

Tell me about your gloves...did you find them like that or did you paint them or what?

I bought the work-gloves @ Walmart. It is pig skin leather and i just colored them w/ red sharpie marker, lol.
