Thanks Weequay. When you work with resin, doing eyelashes are always going to be imperfect. You can't punch them in like silicone. So it was either no eyelashes or what I did.
As far as the tutorial, it's just mulit layered. I use two different flesh tones, medium and light. I mix all my own colors so they are custom colors. I use some orange/yellow and pink and mottle that onto the skin with an old brush. I do some shadowing here and there with a medium red/brown color also.

That paint job is simply amazing.
The eyelashes still look kind of strange, and the hair is a little long still IMO, but seriously those skin tones are stunning.
Would you consider a short tutorial on what you used and how you layered the skin tones?? Please please please!!
For a novice like me to paining human flesh, it would be invaluable
