Animatronic IG-11

A couple months ago, Droid Division released an amazing full scale 3D printable Ig-11. The original model was static, but I have been modifying the files so that I can build an animatronic IG unit. The head is more or less done-

I made sure to include a disco mode, just like Wimateeka taught me-

I have a CR-10, the build volume is 300mm x 300mm x 400mm.

thank you i think i asked you this before because it sounds familiar to my mind. really appreciate it, can't wait to see this done. i want this so bad, have him stand in the corner, e11 in each hand and the baby in the back pack on his chest.. so damn cool man!

He will be around 7 foot tall. Do you have any information about the one used on set?


The head is done!
The camera didn't capture the lights very well, the red is much darker in person.
