Animated Clone Wars Trooper Belt

I'm looking to do an proportionate and accurate clone trooper belt from the animated series out of eva foam but I can't seem to get the belt "buckle" to look or work properly. Is there a template or to scale photo of a clone trooper belt "buckle"?
