I think I will order them from

Gummidichtungen

The first one will be 6€ and the second one 11€ / m, and it is a German supplier.
That will reduce the shipping fee.

Thank you for your answer.

youll have to split the brow trim down the middle since the U has nowhere to attach to like the edge of the cap on "real" helmets. only use 1 drop of super glue about every 3 inches, that way itll hold firmly while still be easy to take off if you ever need to remove it, same as the neck trim, but you shouldnt need any glue on that

That was my idea, because i build a single part helmet with no edge at the brow...

with "same as the neck trim" you mean to splitt the neck trim, or to glue it on?

Obviously the car window trim is originaly not the first choice for an edge protection rubber, i think they used the s-style-trim back in the 70 because ist was cheap and easy (junkyard?) to get

no you dont need to split the neck trim, i meant if you need to glue it, only use a few drops, but you shouldnt need to, the trim we use and they used is lined with aluminum so you can bend it and it hold its shape. in most cases when you put it in the helmet it "pushes" out itself onto the edges and hold itself in without need for glue. you can look on FISD in the commisary for accurate trim, but i dont know who else is in the UK. the stuff you're ordering should be fine.

You should ask some sample from the retailer.

Funny story:

My father worked for a company producing this parts for the automobile industry.

But my father retired 10 years ago and the company is out of business since about 5 years or so.

Unfortunatly he has thrown all his samples away....
