ANH Star Destroyer ref?

Consider this a cry for help.

I'm looking for reference for the 3 ft (40 inch?) ANH Star Destroyer - has anyone here come across or collected any material in their travels?

I can find a bunch of stuff on the TESB 8 footer, but not much on the original.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you!
