ANH Ben Kenobi Cloak Patterns needed

Hi all,

Tried the search function but not seeing what I am after.

So I am now building from scratch an ANH Ben Kenobi costume. I have managed to source a great set of patterns and material for the inner beige robes (see photo), but I am having trouble find a good set of patterns for the outer brown cloak. Does anyone have any links to good cloak patterns please?

I was so happy to get that shot of the "pouch" and belt of the screen used costume. It just goes to show that if you're willing to ask, you never know what kind of results you'll find. That image was kindly shared to me from the curator of the Power of Costume exhibition. I got to talk with him on the phone for over an hour. Great guy and super helpful!

What is the most accurate fabric for Old Ben Kenobi's ANH cloak?

It looks like fairly heavy plain-weave wool, with a tuck selvedge (not hemmed).

Psab keel says they were made from military surplus wool blankets and still had serial numbers inside them, IIRC.

The Obi-Wan TPM cloaks were made from military surplus blankets. I have an accurate heavy weight wool available in my shop that works well for this particular robe.
