I was very relieved after recieving it to discover that they finally welded the bottom and top cap on the handle. There are a few sequences in the episode where you can see them fly off!
This is one of two made for that episode.

I was reminded however that this thread needs to remain a "Show-off" thread. If and when I have something to offer beyond this I will be sure to post it in the JY.
I am going to work closely however with the fellow that designed it and see what we can come up with.
