Hollywood, specifically the effects lab Lola, has been doing even more extreme reshaping and "beautifying" for a while now. In fact, most of Lola's work can't even be acknowledged since it's basically aging actresses, who want to look 10 years younger. One of the few things they can take active credit for is whichever X-Men movie where they made Ian McKellan and Patrick Stewart look 20+ ish years younger.

That said, I want this program!

I read an article about this yesterday. I think it was developed at the Max Plank Institute in Germany. Too bad you still have to have some sort of muscularity to begin with, it won't turn my gut into a 300 style 8-pack.
