I am 99.9% sure l purchased this here on the RPF Forums way before the site revamp (with ads) and at the time l believe it was offered as Anakin AoTC cape fabric.
I'm hoping someone here will remember that offering or someone here that has seen the oitter cloak in person can verify. ( as much as these few pictures will allow.)
The fabric is black and that is how it was offered.
