Is this the right Fokker for part 19? The parts maps say 1/9 but I think they mean 1:19. Has the yellow piece ever been identified?

So is it just me or does it look like the section of sidewall right behind the cockpit is sitting on a giant piece? There are all kinds of little indentations. If you have leads on any of the unmarked pieces, I'd appreciate it.

Okay. Test run #1 on the turret base complete. What did we learn?

1. Bandsaw works great for roughing out the shape.
2. Dremel with sanding bit is not going to cut it. Not enough control.
3. Benchtop belt sander seemed to work pretty well.
4. Eye protection…very important.

As always, criticism is welcome.

Auto body putty is your friend. There is also a brushable filler for 3d prints on the market. it self levels.

Does anyone know if the Tamiya 1/35 Semovente M40-75/18 is used on the Falcon. I must have seen it on a list somewhere, cause I have one. I put a note in it that it was used on the Falcon. I ck'd on Studio Scale Mods and they say it's the Carro Armato we need. Could be another mistaken buy. I have a few of those, LOL.


PS. I hear it's used on the Y Wing, so not a total loss.

If I understand it correctly, it's the guns that are missing from the turret platform.

Okay so I’ve been working on the docking rings and looking at the existing blueprints I can’t seem to calculate these dimensions. Have they been nailed down officially? Any suggestions? I’ll make official drawings/3D files available if I can get them nailed down.
