I used the third tool ((greasemonkey and flashgot)) mentioned in this tutorial :
5 Tools to Download any Book from Google and save it as PDF | Binary Head
but you have to save it page by page.

Thanks for that info, Davy! Tried it, and worked like a charme! You can also tamper with the URL to increase the width. In that way you have an even better quality image...

Maybe someone can do a run of a replica of the whole tabloid? I'm going to download all pages and edit them in a PDF, so when you print it on A3, you can create an A4 tabloid (don't know how big the original was?)
