Amount of urethane required for a cowl?

Hi
Im currently sculpting a Pictish beast cowl for a college project (See bellow for pics of the sculpt so far) .
I'll be making a silicone mold at some point next week but Im unsure how much urethane I would need to produce a finished cowl.
Can anyone give me a ballpark figure for the amount of urethane I would need?

Thanks!

Here's the pics, and yeah I may have been slightly influenced by the design of a certain caped crusader ;)

You might need a kilo or so for one that size, possibly less as I use 1200g for my full head bat cowls. I'd get a kilo kit as its the smallest you can buy anyway from most places :)

I'd have to go with a similar estimate, between 1-1.5kg depending on how firm you want it to be and how well you want it to hold its shape on its own. Useful material to add to it to make it hold its shape pretty well is cotton crepe bandage from Boots. :)
