Hey everybody this was my first time making a female costume ever. My friend wanted to be Wonder Woman for Halloween and I told her how about Ame Comi Wonder Woman and she was like huh?
Which is this
Showed her that and she was basically :love
So first off I made some templates of the armor with foam
So than I used foamies to make the decals
Than with plasti dip, hot glue, and some dupli color I got these ( for the record I suck at making stars)
And on the side made these
So I got all the armor done so I move on too the corset, which was difficult to find until I found some charlotte russe which they were having a sale and got them for like $15
Also has a leather/pleather look to it which was a bonus :thumbsup
So than I made the decals and got this. Which I'm pleased with
So for the shoes I searched every where and couldn't find gold ones so I bought black ones and spray painted gold ( I added the feather design, but forgot to take a photo)
Than I got some blue foil Lycra, some iron on stars, and my friend made the pattern for the back and front.
Also forgot to mention that we got some sparkle type underwear and spray painted blue ( and I know it well crack, but time was of the essence,
Than yesterday we put it all together and it came out great
I still keep doing this:facepalm since I really wanted to make the sword and make a pouch for the lasso :confused, but we ran out of time.
This whole thing took me 3 weeks to do. It could have been done a lot quicker, but money problems got in the way. So let me know what you guys think
