I was about to start a new thread on this, but I searched and found this one. I've edited the title as well, instead of just recommendations for Prime videos this will also be for good deals on movies/TV seasons available for purchase on Amazon Instant Video.
Anyways, the reason I updated this thread is because I just bought seasons 1-4 of Battlestar Galactica in High Definition for $21.68! Although the price may vary slightly depending on sales tax, but each season is only $4.99 in HD! Considering they just dropped it from Netflix I was quite happy when I found this deal, I figured some here might be as well
Oh and there are also quite a few good deals on movies at the moment, but they are constantly changing.
Here are just a few I noticed:

2. The Lord Of The Rings: The Fellowship Of The Ring ----- $6.99 ($8.99HD)
3. The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers ----------------------- $6.99 ($8.99HD)
4. The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King ------------- $6.99 ($8.99HD)
5. Prometheus --------------------------------------------------------------- $7.99HD
6. Man of Steel --------------------------------------------------------------- $8.99HD
7. X-Men: First Class ------------------------------------------------------- $7.99HD
8. Watchmen: Director's Cut ------------------------------------------- $7.99HD

I just signed up for the one month free trial last night and have only browsed the "Most Popular TV Shows" section a little, and so far the only thing that really jumped out to me was Fringe (and I already own seasons 1-4). Most of the others I like I already own or can watch on Netflix, and since there's a Netflix recommendation thread I figured I'd start one for Prime.
So far it looks as though I will not be upgrading as I had planned, as the main reason I signed up was because I thought that I'd be able to "borrow" books on Kindle. Of course I didn't find out until I signed up and tried that you need an actual Kindle device to do that, not just an Android with the Kindle app. So now I'll wait until I can spare the cash to get the new Kindle Fire HD (may as well get the newest), and I figured this thread would help me find some good movies/TV shows to watch in the next (free) month. Also it may help others who have the membership, and give me a thread to look in on to see if I ever want to upgrade earlier than planned.
Anyways I will post any recommendations I have as soon as I have time to browse a bit more...
